Terms & Conditions of Online Sale
1. Identification
These Terms govern purchases made through petitfolks.com. The seller is CALITROL S.A., NIF A58439639, CTRA. DE LA LLOBATONA, 8, NAVE D, 08840 VILADECANS (BARCELONA), Spain. Contact: info@petitfolks.com.
2. Scope
By placing an order through the website, the customer accepts these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over any conflicting provision.
3. Product Information and Prices
Product descriptions, characteristics, availability and prices are displayed on the website. Prices include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charges are shown before the order is placed. CALITROL S.A. may correct obvious errors in prices or information, subject to applicable consumer law.
4. Order Process
The customer selects products, adds them to the cart and completes the checkout process. Before final submission, the customer can review the order, delivery details and price. The order is submitted by clicking the final purchase/checkout button that clearly indicates a payment obligation. The customer receives an electronic order confirmation.
5. Contract Formation
The sales contract is formed when the order is accepted/confirmed by CALITROL S.A., subject to product availability and applicable law. The electronic order confirmation will identify the purchased products and relevant transaction information.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the methods displayed at checkout. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. CALITROL S.A. does not request payment credentials by email.
7. Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery conditions, destinations, prices and estimated times are set out in the Shipping Policy and shown before checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order leaves the warehouse.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory 14-calendar-day withdrawal period for distance purchases. Petit Folks additionally offers a commercial 30-calendar-day return period under the conditions set out in the Returns & Refund Policy. The customer may use the withdrawal form published on the website.
9. Conformity and Defective Goods
CALITROL S.A. is responsible for lack of conformity under the mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable to the sale. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the consumer should contact info@petitfolks.com. The remedies available may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract as provided by law.
10. Intellectual Property
The Petit Folks brand, website content, designs, texts, graphics and other protected materials may not be used without appropriate authorisation except as permitted by law.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
12. Complaints
Customers may contact info@petitfolks.com for complaints or customer service. CALITROL S.A. will handle complaints in accordance with applicable law.
13. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable to the customer. Jurisdiction will be determined under the applicable consumer and procedural rules.
14. Updates
The version applicable to an order is the version accepted at the time of purchase. The Terms may be updated for future purchases.
