Returns & Refund Policy

You have a legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

In addition to this statutory right, Petit Folks offers a commercial return period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order. This commercial extension applies to products purchased directly from petitfolks.com and does not reduce any mandatory statutory rights.

To request a return, contact us at info@petitfolks.com. We will provide the return instructions. For a voluntary return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused except as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and preferably with their original packaging and accessories.

For defective or incorrect products, contact us as soon as possible at info@petitfolks.com. We will provide the appropriate solution and will not charge the customer the direct return costs when the applicable consumer remedies require otherwise.

Once the returned goods have been received, or once you provide evidence that you have sent them back, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

For a statutory withdrawal, the seller will reimburse the payments received, including the standard delivery cost paid by the consumer, subject to the legal rules applicable to the refund. Additional costs resulting from the consumer choosing a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery offered are not reimbursed.

Purchases made through retail stores or other authorised retailers must be returned or claimed directly from the retailer where the purchase was made, subject to that retailer's applicable conditions and mandatory consumer rights.
