Shipping policy

We prepare orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times start once the order leaves our warehouse.

Free shipping is available to Spain, Portugal, France (except Corsica), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery times: Spain: 24–72 business hours. Portugal, France (except Corsica), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: 3–7 business days.

For Sweden, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Liechtenstein, shipping is available at a flat rate of €12.90, with an estimated delivery time of 3–10 business days depending on destination.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands or Corsica. We also do not ship to areas that belong administratively to one of the listed countries but are outside the European Union.

Delivery times are estimates and are expressed in business days unless otherwise stated. They do not include weekends or public holidays. Once an order has left our warehouse, delays caused by the shipping company or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Purchases made through retail stores are subject to the retailer's own delivery conditions.
