Singing on the Way to School or Summer Camp

We always walk to school, and now we do the same for summer camp. It's a lovely routine that allows us to connect, fosters their independence, and, by going slower, also provides quality time.

But there are days when it feels like we take one step forward and two steps back. That's when I start singing a song. They love it! Not only does it add more fun and strengthen our bond during the school routine, but it also helps us get there faster.

Think of a song with rhythm, about lining up, holding hands, or some kind of movement... And if you can't think of any, you can get inspired by the ones we have in our Petit Folks boxes ;)
